32GB isn't necessary for typical gamers; faster memory is more valuable, though it won't always offer huge improvements. Where else can you invest your money?

Consider keeping the RAM as is. You might want to add a CPU cooling solution and either water or air cooler. If you have extra funds, the Liquid Freezer II 360 is a solid water cooling choice. Any other recommendations?

Prioritize PSU quality and modular cables over wattage. Once you're ready, invest in an OC software such as Afterburner, push power limits, then gradually increase memory frequency during stress tests until it fails. Reduce settings by 150MHz and test core clock offset under the same conditions until failure. Stress tests can use tools like Unigine Heaven, but I favor games that heavily use the GPU since they tend to be more demanding.

I considered adding cooling to the processor, but it might not be the best choice. Water cooling or air cooling could be better options. It’s understandable you’re thinking about this later—great mindset!

It's a waste of money, you don't need much cooling for a CPU that only uses 100W. Compared to a 9900k, it can easily exceed the 250W limit if cooling works.
