Just verified the latest version is the beta release. That's acceptable, I'll attempt an update. Staying with the most recent BIOS is a win-win—ensuring compatibility, enabling overclocking, fixing bugs, and boosting MMO capabilities.

I don't know about MSi yet, but asrock is now releasing an agesa 1.2.0.3-1.2.0.5 update to the 300 series. Maybe MSi would follow suit and keep up with the changes, stay updated. My friends on the B450M Steel Legend are now using the latest bios, which allows them to achieve 4x8GB at 3600mhz CL16 @1.4v stable. Before that, they struggled to reach even 3200mhz, unsure if it was due to XMP or manual timing. He used an R5 2600, and after switching to a 5600G, the RAM could be overclocked to the same CL16 speed as when there were only two sticks, which is quite impressive. Keep updating the bios—it might improve the motherboard performance too. 😀

Hi:
Like one of the guys earlier questioned why you are wanting to OC your system, I am asking the same question. You have indicated that the system meets 90% of your needs. I was going to recommend that you beef up your ram but you already have enough ram.
There's an old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
