You shouldn’t encounter issues switching from Disabled to Enabled. The XMP profile should work fine if it’s available. Just double-check the voltages and timings if needed, but your specs look up-to-date.

Activate XMP support and let the system handle it automatically. If successful, you won’t need to adjust anything manually unless you prefer otherwise.

Adjusted to 5600 MHz it works well. The issue with 6600 MHz might stem from hardware limitations, not the motherboard itself.

You likely can push it a bit higher, but not excessively. A range around 6000-6400 seems realistic based on CPU performance. Two main factors affect this: Intel's memory controller varies a lot—some CPUs handle over 1000MT/s while others lag significantly. You probably didn't get the best unit, possibly from the lower end of the list. For the 13th generation, dual-rank memory speeds hovered between 6000 and 7200 if you adjusted settings. With the 14th gen, improvements average to 6400-7600 under careful tuning.

Dual-channel setups with DDR5 are tricky; they need specific BIOS tweaks and are prone to instability in memory controller or DIMM placement. They're not as problematic as some claim, but if you're not willing to invest time in optimization, it's best avoided.

IMC voltage needs also differ by CPU model—some chips struggle at default settings but perform well with custom values. This is why my 13700K, at stock settings, can't reach 7200MT/s yet, yet hits 8000+ and benchmarks above 8400 when optimized.
