You don't require a new power supply or CPU for an 9060 XT. Its peak power draw is around 350 watts, which is manageable even for a 500-watt model. The biggest issue with the PSU is the fan; as long as it operates normally, everything remains safe. If the fan stops working, OTP will preserve the unit and the system.
