are you referring to the display scaling option in Windows settings? yes, but also yes – if every app you use enables this, it adjusts their output to match the specified percentage. for instance, scaling to 200% turns a font size of 15 into 30. the issue arises when apps don’t support it; then they default to stretching content, or some apps handle it partially so the UI elements appear correctly with half-sized icons inside.
