I spend most of my time in the game, yet it seems to run slowly and has low FPS. Could this be related to my monitor? My Samsung Syncmaster 2233bw.

No, Tw3 is not The Witcher 3. It appears to be a different title or concept.

Unlikely the monitor is the cause. Total War 3 would be quite outdated. Provide your details, such as the game’s specifications and the drive it requires. Update yours.
