Will not start when RAM is overclocked to 2400MHz, but launches at 2133MHz. Causes BSOD with NETIO.SYS missing or corrupted. Detailed specs are listed below:

Radeon R9 Gamer Series 4x8GB
MSI R9-390X
750w Bronze PSU
WD Blue or Black HHD (1TB, memory not recalled)
