Replace the 24-pin power connector on the motherboard. It doesn’t fit properly. Refer to the diagram in the 4-pin break-away area. The pin appears pushed up and slightly displaced. (It should rest beneath the small tabs there, noting the space?)
I also have another PSU, but its power rating is under what's suggested for this project. It was 850W before, and I used 500W in my previous build too. I just transferred it now.
