You just tried Witcher 3 for the first time in a while and it reported high performance metrics. The numbers suggest your GPU was handling 60 frames per second at 1440p with 1.65 GB of VRAM usage. It’s possible the recent updates did impact VRAM requirements or performance. Have you checked if your drivers are up to date?

It's a finely tuned game, and having 2GB of VRAM on your GPU is more than sufficient for TW3.

I know that but I used to be able to enjoy the game at ultra settings, achieving around 30 frames per second at 1080p resolution when it launched. Since then, I haven’t made much changes to the game.

It seems like you're commenting on an improvement in a driver. Could you clarify what you'd like to discuss about it?

At that moment, I was running an R9 280 and the software wasn't even refreshed for those updates.

It used to work. Version 1.10 messed things up for me.

Ensure Ultra remains active. Certain Witcher modifications can reset visual configurations.
