Don't purchase just for the music; three or four Nordic-folk songs quickly become outdated. I think the soundtrack is the main issue here. (I'm worried about getting criticized later.) The story is solid and the visuals are impressive—great value if you like it. Depending on your taste, the controls might feel a bit awkward. If you enjoy RPGs like Skyrim, it's definitely worth the investment.
I also enjoy listening to the music while playing, even if it's not my usual genre. It really enhances the atmosphere in the game!
I agree, it really sets the tone. My main concern is there aren't enough tracks available. After a while, three out of four songs can irritate you. Based on my experience, spending a weekend recording in Prague is surprisingly affordable. The developers opted for the simpler approach, which I find questionable since I'm a musician and have high standards.
You're questioning if it's truly your top pick, but let's hear your thoughts!
Hey, I just messed up by spraying coffee everywhere on my screen! 😅
I hope the game could be more challenging. It seems tough if you just follow the main story without exploring side quests or contracts first, making the main parts feel too simple. Even on the toughest setting, I often have to skip using potions and certain abilities just to enjoy combat. On the hardest level, it would be nice to face real challenges—like needing oil, bombs, the bomb sign, or Ekhidna decoration at times.
