I’m curious if the motherboard audio settings affect sound quality with wireless headsets such as Corsair Virtuoso, Razer BlackShark V2 Pro, and Arctis models via their USB adapters.

they don't connect in any way, so it won't affect audio quality when the onboard soundcard isn't in use
the USB dongle handles its own sound processing
