you can run games and streaming simultaneously without issues, but performance drops noticeably once the lag increases. it usually slows down every 2% and then resumes normally until the next spike. specifically, you notice a 2% lag followed by a 4% to 6% drop, repeating this pattern. overall, it feels like a consistent delay of around 20 seconds per 2% increase, regardless of file size or type. the system runs on an i5-4690 at 3.9ghz, paired with a GTX 760 and a wd blue ssd. ram is 8gb, but you prefer your 1 terabyte western digital drive over the sandisk 120gb one. No, the process differs. Extracting to an SSD changes how data is handled compared to a traditional drive.
