Joined the WIndows forum. The fee covers the license/key. The installation software doesn’t contain a license or key for Windows; you’ll be asked to enter a product key to enable the system. Once you purchase the key, use the installer, set up Windows on your PC, and provide the key to activate it.

Windows functions identically, but it displays a watermark at the bottom right and limits theme and wallpaper choices.
