Once KB4497165 is set up, restarted, and started properly, using the lock shortcut doesn’t function anymore—it only opens the start menu.
The update may not have been stabled. So either uninstall the recently installed updates or wait for new update to fix the issue by Microsoft in New update.
The update was just an Intel microcode fix, I’ll switch the question about getting it resolved. Pretend a few programs changed the settings.
