Hello from Portugal. My issue involves Windows 11. The screenshot indicates that my Windows Defender appears in this state, but I’m unsure why or how to fix it. Please help!

Updating and refreshing are distinct actions. It seems @Bombastinator intended you should reinstall Windows.

Refresh is a Windows 10 feature. Could be absent in Windows 11 or called differently. It involves a simple reinstall that keeps your files intact. Just one button to do it.

Got it. I should understand that but I don’t. Probably in the system tools. Might need to search online for a clearer explanation.
