I’m just starting with PC building and wanted to give it a shot. The system boots and runs Windows, but after restarting or powering off completely, it fails to boot and won’t display anything. I need to leave the PSU on for about ten seconds before turning it back on so it can start again. Everything else seems fine—Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit, Asus ProArt Z690, Intel i9-12900K, and the specified components are installed. I’ve updated the BIOS, applied all Windows updates, and installed the latest drivers.

Gather complete system details, including peripheral devices and usage context. Ensure all connections are made when the issue appears. Once provided, remove nonessential components and test again.
