Windows won't detect my keyboard or mouse after rebooting, and during a system check it confirms there are no issues. When I restart, I'm left with no keyboard and no mouse, so I'm stuck on the login screen and can't proceed.

Are they connected properly? It functions during a regular start but not after a restart? Which edition of Windows is being used?

The keyboard is connected via a wired setup, but I've tested both wired and wireless mice. It functions normally at startup or when the system restarts. On Windows 10, it allows me to enter safe mode with internet access. The keyboard and mouse work in that mode too. I'm unsure if they will function properly outside of safe mode, especially since they haven't worked there before.

It might be an issue with the drivers for these two devices. Try this order to remove and replace them.
1. Start Safe Boot into Windows and open the Device Manager. Type "Device Manager" in the bottom left search bar and navigate there.
2. Click on the Keyboards section and locate your keyboard. If you have multiple, uninstall each one. Right-click on each and select Uninstall.
3. Proceed to Mice and Other Pointing Devices and repeat the process.
4. Exit Device Manager.
5. Disconnect both the keyboard and mouse from the system.
6. Restart your computer. It will display error messages indicating no keyboard or mouse detected. Allow it to reboot completely, then press the case front power button briefly to force shutdown.
7. Connect only the keyboard and attempt to boot again. You should see a notification that a new device has been found and its driver is being installed. Once the entire process completes, try connecting the mouse and verify functionality. Power off when finished.
8. Perform the same steps for the mouse. After rebooting, it should detect the mouse and install its driver. Confirm it works properly.

Great news! I had previously tried everything except in a single step. Thanks for your time and details—I really value your help.
