I encountered a problem where I can't update, reset, or install drivers. No matter what I do—running DISM, sfc/scannow, or similar—I still face the same issue. The update and reset errors are almost identical, like something went wrong unexpectedly. I opened the directory in the command prompt by navigating to D: and then typing dir, but only two results appeared, which seems strange.

Sounds like a fresh install is needed. Also test your RAM with MemTest86 and list your full specs AND...welcome to the forums

Additionally, execute sfc /scannow via the command prompt with administrative privileges to verify and repair corrupted system files.
