Updated Windows recently and after restoring files, my download speeds are now below 100 kbps in Task Manager. Online speed tests show I’m getting over 800 Mbps, which matches my usual performance. Loading into League now takes several minutes instead of the usual 20 seconds. Do you know what might be causing this issue? I’ve confirmed my speed and duplex settings are at 2.5 Gbps full duplex, and I’m using a VPN, but speeds remain stable whether it’s active or not. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
