Hi everyone, I'm having trouble updating Windows 10—it got stuck at 82% progress. I stopped the update manually and undid it. Anyone have tips on how to finish the installation?

The duration it stayed at 82% depends on the specific process; please verify the details. If it has already reverted, consider restarting the update.

I've attempted to refresh it several times, but it keeps failing. It didn't revert on its own—it became stuck around 30 minutes. My connection is solid; updates typically complete in 15 to 20 minutes.

Internet speed isn't the issue here. A 30-minute wait is normal, though not uncommon. My setup stayed at a low percentage for more than an hour and finished. I waited around two hours before stopping it, then tried another way to update Windows.

Determine the issue by checking typical causes such as software conflicts, hardware problems, or system updates. Common reasons include corrupted files, insufficient resources, or outdated drivers.
