Yesterday evening I was using the laptop on Windows 10 as usual. It functioned perfectly. Then I pressed update & shutdown and went to sleep. The next morning it was completely silent, no fan noise, and the screen was black. It didn’t respond to keyboard shortcuts or BIOS access. I managed to enter GRUB once, confirming the keyboard and display work. When I tried to boot into Windows via GRUB, it returned a black screen again. I’ve tried several fixes: turning off by holding the power button, waiting, removing the battery, power cycling, and using keyboard shortcuts. Also, I noticed the time and date in Windows were incorrect the day before, which needed correction.

I've also repositioned the RAM, but the issue remains unresolved.
