Windows update caused internet issues.
Following the Windows update, my internet service abruptly ceased. I’m unsure why but it stopped completely. I attempted troubleshooting steps Microsoft recommends, such as performing a clean boot or using the command prompt, but those didn’t resolve the issue. I recall the PC cycling on and off during the update, yet it always recovered after the update. Additionally, it remained stuck in the restart or shutdown screen, never fully shutting down, and it took around 30 minutes for any assistance to be effective.
Revert the latest change. Some users experience issues, but a solution isn't available at this time.
It rebooted after 30 minutes, the issue is resolved, thank you for your assistance. However, it continues to freeze in the shutdown/restart screen. Please let me know if you need further support.
