It’s possible to disable it during initial setup. You generally need to rely on Microsoft to follow the configurations. It’s helpful to eliminate all tracking data completely.

Here are the suggestions you mentioned: free tools that work well. The first one unlocks and hides windows with a clean interface. The second offers similar functionality plus program installation via Chocolatey. ChrisTitus' win10script is advanced but hasn't been tried yet. farag2' Windows-10-Sophia-Script (formerly known as Setup script)
