It crashes after pressing enter twice, then restarts erratically, shutting down completely. The screen flickers, fails to power on, and loops indefinitely until the battery dies. It runs out of charge in roughly five hours, and the battery-saving mode drains it faster than leaving it off. Despite all the issues, its camera remains useful (Lumia icon).

That’s really frustrating! My 1020 likes often get warmer than my R9 290, but it doesn’t do anything. Once I tried to update Windows 10, the phone drained its battery in about 15 minutes and didn’t even install the updates.

After connecting to the school Wi-Fi, it fails to join your home network. The device still detects the disruptive Wi-Fi signal, yet refuses to connect because it's too far away. While watching YouTube, it thinks it's on your home network, but it doesn't actually work. This wastes all your data usage.

Yeah, I understand :rolleyes. Most of the alternatives are easy to find, even if it's just for a short hike, so it doesn’t really change much. The point is, perhaps there’s a reason they’re not being used... honestly, I wonder if I should have mentioned that right from the start.

Use the built-in disk cleanup utility, review temporary files, and gain benefits. For video editing with Adobe software, it generates a large amount of temporary file storage.
