I recently replaced my old 1TB HDD with a 1TB SSD and have been facing issues when downloading from the Windows Store. I've verified my storage settings, but the errors persist regardless of where I save new games or apps. There seems to be no straightforward fix without completely reinstalling Windows.

Have you attempted to remove your Store database? I could create a backup just in case https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...660?auth=1

Cloning involves minimal error fixing. It aims to create two or more exact copies of the drive down to the firmware. Exceeding this requires risking file corruption.

I looked into the issue by checking the app in the Windows Store, which sometimes stores files on the 'C' drive even if it wasn't installed elsewhere. It seems these programs aren’t listed in the control panel’s installed apps. After removing the app and trying the retry option in the store, it downloaded successfully without any problems.
