Launch CMD with admin privileges by searching for it in the start menu and selecting "Run as administrator." Execute the wsreset.exe command to check for improvements.

Consider creating a local user account and then logging in using your regular account there to determine if this resolves the issue.

I attempted that before but it didn’t help. I also tried logging into the Windows Store account and logging in again, but it still didn’t work.
