You can obtain a Windows 10 ISO file from Microsoft's website. You don't have to search for it on a system that already has it installed.

Obtain a copy directly from Microsoft. Creating a bootable USB is possible, and instructions are available on their site. Feel free to ask if you need assistance.

You can retrieve the ISO directly from Microsoft using a mobile device. The operating system isn't a big factor for downloading it.

Cracked from pirate bay is just fine. Just be careful which you choose!!! That's what I have, but have in mind that not all cracked version get updates, and if it's security updates and you have sensitive stuff...well actually, if you do, don't use windows at all use both linux and windows

Yes, you can. Simple question, simple answer. I don't understand why so many answers not related to the question here with "good advices". OP asks is possible to take Windows (probably with hard drive / ssd together, or just by cloning) from one computer and boot on another. So answer is - yes, it will work, no problem. Of course that OP can download Windows from Microsoft website, buy it in store or get some other way - it's obvious, but that was not a question. My question is - why he asked for it if he can just try and answer himself.
