I recently upgraded my PC and everything worked fine at first. I managed to access the BIOS using Windows, but a few days ago I couldn't get in. I tried resetting it, entering recovery mode, and adjusting startup settings, yet nothing worked. I still encounter an error during boot—just a long beep followed by three short beeps—but it boots into Windows without reaching BIOS. I remember getting into BIOS before the upgrade. Could anyone suggest a solution? My setup includes an Asus Z690M Prime Plus with DDR4 RAM, an i5 12400F, Crucial 8x2, a 700W power supply, and a GTX 970.

I've encountered a similar problem before, though I'm not certain about its exact cause. Have you attempted to reset the CMOS by removing the battery and disconnecting your computer from power?

Checked the BIOS settings through Windows. Used Shift while clicking Restart from the Start menu. A menu displayed. Proceeded to Troubleshoot -> Advanced -> UEFI settings.
