In fact, the issue has persisted for several months. It began when I played graphics-intensive games, and the computer would freeze with a blue screen, preventing it from creating a minidump file. Even after formatting the drive, the problem remained unresolved. I tried adjusting the GPU voltage for about an hour before playing the game, but it didn’t improve. Eventually, I thought the issue was resolved when I lowered the PSU voltage. However, upon restarting, the computer displayed the Asus logo, a blank screen with loading indicators, and then a blue screen appeared followed by an immediate reboot. I tried booting in safe mode, which worked temporarily—I entered my pin and the PC started up—but after a few seconds, the system restarted again. I believe this problem stems from the PSU, as the motherboard displays that all voltages are double the maximum allowed. I wrote this because, in my country, computer services are often unreliable, and this is my last resort for getting help.
