I attempted to open the bottom left window but it didn’t respond. I searched the taskbar, which didn’t help. I tried personalizing settings to access options, but it showed the app wasn’t installed. Using Windows plus the keyboard shortcut and pressing Windows+S also failed. All other applications function normally except for core Windows 10 features.

I attempted to re-download, but my storage was full. I also couldn’t use the app removal tool because it’s part of the settings. Are there other ways to delete apps without relying on that feature?

Yes, Windows has a recovery option, but it’s best to back up your data first. Then you can use a USB drive to restore from a backup and reinstall on another computer.

There seems to be no option to access the reset function without using settings or the control panel, as those methods aren't functioning. The search bar also doesn't help in finding it.

It seems you're likely trying to reinstall something, probably via USB. Make sure you have the correct installation media ready.
