Hi, I have a home theater PC using Windows 10 Home Edition version 1903. I want to avoid needing a password or PIN at startup. However, occasionally I see a notification asking for my PIN and it will reappear after a short delay if I don’t enter it. It usually doesn’t ask for the PIN right away, but it keeps showing up again after a week if I skip entering it. I’m not sure how to stop Windows from requesting the PIN. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Paradoxically, the system just reminded me about my Microsoft account, suggesting a password change. I’m confused because it seems to focus only on my PIN now.

You recently updated your Microsoft password. I’m confident it should resolve the issue. If not, I’ll return. Appreciate your help!
