You might be able to remove Windows Settings Mode without using a Microsoft account by accessing the settings directly through the Control Panel or PowerShell, but be cautious as it can affect system functionality.

To access the Microsoft store, you must have an account; it’s the only method for obtaining the free Windows upgrade.
