Windows attempts to fix itself into a blue screen while using the mouse. ISO key fails during the process. Automatic repair leads to a brief pause before a nearly black display appears. Various keyboard shortcuts haven’t resolved the problem. After restarting, the system navigates to the Windows boot menu where circles spin endlessly. Rebooting afterward restores functionality unless left on for ten minutes. Recently, I experienced the same issue, but after an automatic repair and subsequent restarts, it seemed to self-correct. However, now it doesn’t work. I’ve tried different ISO keys, yet each attempt results in a darker blue screen with only the mouse visible. This marks my first major challenge with a computer problem. I’m unable to restore the operating system. Previously, when Windows was functional, I was playing Cities Skylines 2 and received a warning about outdated graphics drivers. Could this be related? I have an SSD backup on an HDD that syncs weekly, but it also prevents booting. After recent changes—swapping the graphics card and RAM—I still face the same difficulties.
