Hi there, I'm looking for some advice. I recently reset my Windows 10 on an Acer One 10 laptop. After the restart, a black screen appeared, but when I touch the screen, the cursor stays visible. I tried using a bootable USB to install a new OS, but it didn't detect me even though I set it as priority 1 on BIOS. The same happened when the Acer logo showed up. Pressing F10 gives instructions and a blue background, which means the screen seems fine. I'm really worried because I need this laptop for work. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Remove all partitions on your HDD using a second computer, then attempt to boot from USB and install Windows. Alternatively, you can delete the HDD, boot from USB, and then reinstall the HDD.
