Windows release stops after 2015
About five years ago I lost my laptop, and about a week ago I managed to recover it. After performing a reset, I noticed the Windows version is stuck at a 2015 build. Updating for patches found several updates, but the system remains locked in that older version. Some of my programs aren’t compatible because they require a newer .NET framework. Anyone have any suggestions or solutions for this issue?
