Hey, your laptop reset seems different because of how the installation prompts appear. The option about keeping files might actually be asking for a fresh setup rather than just a backup. This indicates the installation files aren't located in the standard system drive. Since you haven’t created a recovery USB, you’ll need to perform a complete manual setup of wUSB. If the package came with Windows 8 or later, your device’s hardware ID will be linked to Microsoft matching its specs. After connecting to Windows Update, it should install automatically.
