Review the pictures for guidance. The problem began more than two months ago. I turned off real-time protection to install a pirated Office version from Piratebay. So far, the programs have worked without issues. After setup, I attempted to reactivate real-time protection; it would appear and prompt me to confirm, but I kept saying yes and it stayed unchanged. I watched several YouTube tutorials repeatedly for weeks without success. I removed McAfee using its uninstaller, and Windows/360 Total Security auto-installed itself twice. I used the native uninstaller to delete it, but the warning "You're using other antivirus providers" remained. These steps didn’t resolve the issue. A tech friend told me McAfee might be bundled with your system and could be flagged as malware in certain cases. I downloaded the IObit uninstaller in hopes it would help remove it. It only suggested a few files to delete, but it didn’t work. Please assist me! I’m stuck because my system keeps showing this error despite all attempts.

Thank you for your update. The full scan was completed and flagged certain files, including the HackTool that enables cracked Office versions. I followed the instructions from the provided link. When updating antivirus definitions, I encountered an error message. I disabled Malware Bytes as recommended in Method 2. Method 1 works on Windows 7 and 8, but I’m using Windows 11 and can’t proceed with Method 3 because of the error in a previous discussion.
