At that moment I couldn't. I thought it might be easier, but it turns out it's more complicated than that. It seems to be a really odd issue. Have you attempted adjusting the default settings in the file's properties?

That doesn't seem to work either. I shared it on the Win10 forum since I believed others would have more insight. It looks like some people might be linked to this update, though details are still unclear.
