This problem first appeared roughly two months ago. Sometimes videos fail to display on my main screen (1920x1080@144), but they appear on a secondary screen (1920x1080@75). I believe it relates to how Windows composites windows in a certain sequence, possibly interfering with rendering because of transparency effects. The videos should work when layered over specific transparent panels like the Start menu and search bar. Usually, restarting my browser helps, though it doesn’t always resolve the issue. Unfortunately, screenshot tools can’t capture this flaw, so I had to take photos instead.

System specs: i7-6700K @ 4.20GHz (overclock fails at base clock), 2*8GB DDR4 @2400MHz, RTX3070, 8GB RAM, 800W PSU.
I encountered problems with the old WHQL Nvidia driver, which caused the whole system to crash when playing games on different monitors. The updated version resolved that issue.
