Everything I could find online does not answer this. I know on M1 Mac you can get Parallels and run Windows 10, but the Windows 10 on ARM version. Does the Win10 on ARM version run "normal" x64 and x86 apps? There are some legacy Windows 7 and Win 10 apps that I very much need to use and I want the M1 or really wait for the M2 / M1X

Parallels on Mac that mimics Windows 10 should run smoothly, and the underlying Windows version (x64 or x86) should function correctly. In theory, it works—but few have tested it thoroughly.
