OEM is likely your top choice. You'll miss out on Microsoft support, but it's usually much more affordable and matches the original product exactly.

OEM (also referred to as system builder) is locked to the motherboard and cannot be transferred. Microsoft retail support is unavailable. If you have the product, you can sell it to someone who trusts you and is interested in purchasing, and you can still move it to another system.
