Windows became frozen in a way that all my programs stopped working yet stayed responsive. I can still open new apps or close them by minimizing, but I can't interact with them afterward. Pressing X to close doesn't fix it—it just leaves the program stuck. I notice some buttons and hints remain, though nothing functions. Tapping Shutdown or Restart doesn’t help; the computer just hangs. The only solution is manually shutting it down using the power buttons. After restarting, the issue disappears. This happens randomly, affecting different browsers and apps—Chrome, Firefox, Adobe suites, 3D software like Maya or 3ds Max. My system specs are: Ryzen 5 3600, Corsair Vengeance 32GB/4x8GB RAM, GTX 1060/RTX 3080 Ti (even before upgrading to 3080 Ti, it’s likely not GPU-related). MOBO Asrock B450M Steel Legend, Corsair CX850M, Windows 10 64-bit.

This brings to mind issues with the Logitech Gaming Software and my G600 mouse. The G-shift sometimes freezes in the program, making it hard to interact, which is strange. I just shut it down and reopened it, and the problem disappeared.
