Windows Max and Min animations are running backward.
Uncertain about the cause, but on my right screen when I minimize an app it plays the animation for maximizing, but when I restore it it runs the minimize animation. I fixed it by changing display settings and switching the primary monitor to my left then back to the right. You can view a video of this here.
