I applied the latest graphic drivers update on a trial basis. I’m confused about why this is occurring. The system appears to be set up for me. Image:

I'm not an expert, but based on a quick Google search, and the fact that you recently had a graphics driver update, I would try reinstalling the driver, or even reverting back if you can. After that, try tweaking some display/personalization features, such as turning off Visual Effects, turning off transparency, and setting your background to a solid color like black. And if you haven't already, try restarting your PC. Also, since I don't have signatures, would you mind and list it out for me? Hopefully someone more skillful than me knows how to solve this beyond a quick Google search.
