If not, that likely explains the issue. This isn’t accessible to individual buyers.

This topic has already been disproven, but I’ll include it as requested. Expiring licenses are typical in OPs scenarios where activation relies on a network server. This applies to Enterprise and Education versions. These licenses have limited activation windows and require network connection for renewal. Alternatively, if an organization removes a PC from the network—such as when selling it to an employee for personal use—the activation process may be affected.
