I used gpedit.msc and regedit to apply UILockdown, then reset and fixed the Windows security and SFCC scan. Health check completed, but nothing resolved.

I checked Windows Defender using an EICAR file and it functioned properly, but when I click the virus alert it reports the page isn't accessible.
