your laptop is experiencing an unusual problem. suddenly, when you open Windows, your Bluetooth stops working and the yellow warning appears in Device Manager. this issue occurs unexpectedly. after a morning reboot, I observed it too. even though Ubuntu Linux is installed on the same machine, it doesn’t have any problems.

It seems there might be a Bluetooth or wireless connectivity problem. Have you attempted to remove the drivers, restart your device, and test again? If unsuccessful, consider downloading the official drivers from the manufacturer's website.
