I rebooted my PC two days ago and it just restarts to BIOS without any OS showing up. Since I have Ubuntu on a live USB, I can use it, but I need a Windows ISO. The issue is that my Windows version is Enterprise, and I can't locate a genuine, non-evaluated full release for Windows 23H2 UK. I've been searching for hours and still can't find what I need.

Enterprise is designed for big company setups, not individual users. The evaluation version from Microsoft will recognize your key and start working.

Set up a Pro or Evaluation Enterprise image and provide a key for upgrading to Enterprise.

I understand you got a PC from someone else and kept the old HDD during an upgrade. It seems the system somehow repaired itself, then booted from USB and started Windows immediately—no clear timeline on what happened over the past few days.
