I made an error with Windows and the system won’t start. It’s possible to reinstall Windows using a clean copy without drivers, then boot from that installation and transfer the files yourself.

Refuse to place a laptop inside a PC and attempt to boot from it. Use a Windows ISO file stored on a USB drive, connected via your laptop, and install Windows from that USB.
