Recently I updated my PC cases and power supplies without altering any other components or removing RAM or M.2 drives. Every time I power on my system, it boots into Windows via BIOS. Restarting it causes a loop until I manually exit it. I've attempted various fixes—changing boot order, replacing the CMOS battery, repairing Windows, doing a fresh install—but nothing resolved the problem. I'm frustrated and unsure what else to try. For reference, Windows boots normally, but I need it to always boot from BIOS. Before making these changes, this wasn't a concern.

I might attempt to replace the battery again, though I’m unsure it will succeed. The BIOS settings look accurate, and I’ve already removed and reinserted it before.

You may have an unusual issue here. Will fixing it by pulling the board out of the case help? If so, inspect all connectors and spacing, and verify the wiring is intact, ensuring nothing is compressed. Before proceeding, confirm the fpanel connections are secure. Take everything off the mobile header and power it using a screwdriver at the pins.

I switched the temperature sensor to the incorrect 2-pin connector. I discovered this once the components were removed.
